This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for leading web analytics and measurement initiatives for Adobe Firefly on Adobe.com. You will identify which web experiences influence Firefly discovery, adoption, and customer value.
You will work directly with clickstream and experimentation data, investigate questions that may not have an established analytical approach, and explain what the findings mean for the business. The role focuses on Adobe.com behavior and uses downstream customer, product, and business outcomes to evaluate the impact of web experiences.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience-is required.
Experience with web-to-product adoption, cross-surface customer journeys, causal inference, incrementality measurement, or generative AI products is helpful but not required.
