Job summary

Adobe Finance seeks a senior FP&A leader at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and AI. You will redesign FP&A workflows using AI-enabled tools and scalable data infrastructures, integrating data from CRM, ERP, billing, and product usage to deliver faster, more reliable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Financial Analytics, or related roles; software experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or related area; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience transforming Finance workflows with AI-enabled tools or analytics platforms (LLMs, Databricks, etc).
• Hands-on experience manipulating large datasets using SQL and/or Python; modern data platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Scalable, AI‑Forward FP&A: redesign FP&A workflows using intelligent tech to reduce manual effort and accelerate insights.
• Navigate complex data ecosystems from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, billing, product usage).
• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI and advanced analytics use cases.
• Act as a finance partner to Product and Sales teams and communicate progress to leadership.
