Complex is seeking a senior analytics leader to turn complex data into clear business insights and strategic action. You will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive decisions across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.

Lead a team of three analysts, use AI tools, and shape the Analytics roadmap to maximize business impact. You will work on data infrastructure with Data Engineering, ensuring scalable analysis and efficient workflows, while balancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Strategy, or similar roles with influence on business decisions.
• 4+ years of experience managing analytics professionals.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into business outcomes by partnering with executive leadership and functional leaders to answer the questions that matter.
• Serve as a strategic analytics partner across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.
