Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and deliver enterprise BI and data warehousing solutions enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers and leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include leading BI architecture, KPI definition, and self-service analytics using Power BI, Tableau and Cognos, with SQL/Oracle/Snowflake expertise.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Reporting and Analytics.
• End-to-end BI and data warehouse delivery from requirements to production support.
• Strong expertise with Power BI, Tableau and Cognos reporting platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills with Oracle and Snowflake databases.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, define KPIs, and deliver self-service analytics.
• Experience designing enterprise data models, BI architectures, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and optimization of BI and data warehousing solutions across domains.
• Partner with leaders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Architect and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos.
• Design data models, data integration, and reporting frameworks leveraging SQL, Oracle and Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams while supporting BI strategy and governance.
