Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group. You will build and optimize BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, partner with Operations and Business teams, and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will work with data sources like SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC, and collaborate with IT to enhance reporting and automation. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• Minimum five years of dashboard/visualization experience in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SQL, DAX; relational databases a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a valued business partner to Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs.
• Develop and manage BI solutions using Power BI/Tableau, including understanding data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC) and reporting tools.
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation.
• Provide month-end reporting, ad hoc support, and ensure data quality for decision making.
