Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Analytics Analyst to drive data-driven decisions for Operations and Business teams. You will develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and partner with IT to enhance reporting and automation.

You will analyze performance, ensure data quality, and deliver month-end reports while collaborating across functions and communicating insights clearly. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in qualifications.
• 5+ years of dashboard/visualization experience in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and data concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a valued business partner to Ops and Business teams to identify opportunities and prioritize needs.
• Develop and manage BI solutions; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC) and dashboards.
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights.
• Build positive relationships across functions and communicate findings clearly.
• Set priorities, deadlines, and next steps; coordinate with IT to improve reporting and automation.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations and profitability.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve data quality; provide month-end reporting and ad hoc support.
