Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group and enable business partners to leverage data for strategic decisions. You will focus on reporting and dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.

You will partner with Operations and IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality, work with data sources like SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC, and translate insights into decisions with clear, business-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• Minimum five years of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations in data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong work ethic with ability to leverage others in a cross functional environment.
• Proven strength and aptitude in working with data and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BI solutions for the organization and partner with Operations and IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau; understand data sources like SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC.
• Provide month-end reporting, process improvements, and ad hoc analyses in a dynamic environment.
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
