Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst in Indianapolis to enable data-driven decisions for Operations and Business teams. You will lead BI projects and dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau, partnering with IT to improve reporting and automation.

You will work with SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC data sources, ensure data quality, provide month-end reporting, and translate insights into actionable guidance. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of dashboard experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, accounting, finance, business management, or computer and information science.
• Minimum five years of experience building dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, and relational database concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Business teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage BI solutions using SAP, Workday, CMS, or BPC data sources.
• Create and optimize dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for key metrics.
• Translate analytics insights into actionable business decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting and automate processes.
• Ensure data quality and availability for month-end reporting.
