Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group. You will develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, partner with Operations and Business teams, and drive data-driven decisions that impact efficiency and profitability.

The role requires a minimum of five years in dashboard development, strong data storytelling, and proficiency in SQL/DAX. Travel up to 10% is possible; located in Columbus, OH with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience building dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and Tableau
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive communicator who can tailor messages to different audiences
• Proficient with SQL and data modeling concepts; basic relational DB knowledge

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Business teams to identify improvement opportunities; prioritize BI needs
• Develop and manage BI solutions; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC) and tooling (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL)
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights
• Build positive relationships across teams and communicate findings clearly
• Set priorities, deadlines, and resource needs; coordinate with IT to enhance reporting and automation
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability
• Troubleshoot reported data issues and ensure data quality
• Provide month-end reporting and ad hoc support in a dynamic environment
