Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, accounting, finance, business management, or computer and information science.
• Minimum five years of experience creating dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with SQL and DAX; solid understanding of relational databases.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a valued business partner to Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs.
• Develop and manage BI solutions; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC) and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL.
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights for decision-making.
• Build positive relationships across functions; tailor communications to audiences; present findings clearly.
