Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sr. Analytics Analyst within Inbound Logistics to design and continuously enhance analytics that transform inbound transportation and customs data into trusted insights for operational execution and strategic decision-making.

Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions and support executive decision-making. You will collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to build dashboards,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years designing, developing, and delivering analytics solutions for logistics, transportation, customs, or supply chain.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with automated data pipelines and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

Translate operational data into actionable insights to improve visibility and planning.
Deliver scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models.
Improve operational efficiency by automating reporting and workflows.
Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across analytics outputs.
Partner with Operations, Transportation, Customs, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
Drive analytics adoption and provide training and user support.
