Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analytics Analyst within the Inbound Logistics team to transform customs and inbound data into trusted insights. You will collaborate across Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to enable reliable product flow and cost management.

You will design scalable analytics solutions, automate pipelines, and support executive reporting while driving continuous improvement in analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (information systems, CS, data analytics, supply chain, engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years designing, developing, and delivering analytics solutions for logistics, transportation, customs, or supply chain.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with datasets, pipelines, and dashboards.

• Translate operational data into actionable insights to improve visibility and planning.
• Provide timely, trusted analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
