Qualifications

• Experience transforming large datasets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive comprehensive BI reporting for workforce data.
• Create scalable reports, dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses.
• Establish data governance and stewardship for workforce data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Test, validate, and document new BI tools and reports.
• Promote data literacy and train users on analytics tools.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve reporting.
