Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience, including 4+ years in-house experience preferred.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage complex commercial agreements, including retailer partnerships and supply chain deals.
• Lead North American product development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic advisory on global employment, privacy, and corporate governance matters.
• Manage outside counsel and mentor other attorneys.
