The Risk & Analytics team drives decisions across merchant, product, and policy using data, models, and scalable analytics. This role emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and impact on growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytically‑driven experience in consumer lending, fintech, or credit
• Degree in a quantitative field such as data science, CS, engineering, or economics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar scripting languages
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own the entire analytical lifecycle from question to decision
• Analyze macro and market trends to inform risk, growth, and strategy
• Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design and interpret performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate requirements into analytics and policy
• Oversee development of analytical frameworks and support launches and market entries
• Engage with merchants, vendors, and partners to align practices and ensure compliance
• Mentor junior analysts in technical craft and domain nuances
