Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced transformation program leader to drive large-scale initiatives across global functions. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, ensure milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met, and embed sustainable change through structured approaches.

You will bridge executive leadership with delivery teams, manage risks, and champion governance to achieve measurable business outcomes. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, transformation delivery, or related roles, ideally within a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience in improvements to digital platforms required.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, commercial, and engineering functions.
• Ability to connect cross-functional priorities into cohesive execution.
• Experience driving organizational change.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
