Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking an experienced operations lead to support senior leaders with business continuity, governance, and vendor oversight.

The role emphasizes strong Excel and reporting capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities while building broad stakeholder relationships across the organization. You will gather information, analyze results, and provide strategic counsel on operational effectiveness while contributing to risk management and communication efforts

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance & support to senior leaders on the development of Business Continuity recovery plans.
• Leads Business Continuity related projects, audits and examinations as appropriate.
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
• Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities.
• Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
