Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, risk management, legal or compliance.
• Law degree preferred with focus on corporate, securities or tax law.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert. Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

Responsibilities

• Supports senior legal counsel and governance activities for the Board and Committees.
• Coordinates Board/Committee meetings, agendas, minutes and material distribution.
• Manages regulatory filings, audits, insider reporting and compliance procedures.
• Maintains corporate records and governance documentation; assists with project tracking and budget.
