Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior operations governance professional in the United States to support senior leaders across the business. You will help drive continuity, supplier oversight, reporting, and risk management while building strong cross-functional relationships.

In this role, you will gather data, produce insights, and deliver concise communications to leaders. You will lead or participate in strategic initiatives, change programs, and executive dashboards to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports an assigned senior leader in executing strategic priorities for the business/group and promotes effective operation.
• Gathers information to interpret financial results and supports planning to improve operational effectiveness.
• Assists with risk management and attestation/reporting processes for the business.
• Coordinates communications for leadership and supports strategic initiatives with internal/external stakeholders.
• Designs and produces reports and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Participates in change management and stakeholder engagement activities of varying scope.
• Drives alignment among stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction in escalation handling.
