Job summary

Wexner Medical Center in Columbus is seeking a Mobile Business Operations Analyst to oversee the James Mobile Units’ business operations, fleet management, budgeting, and compliance, while supervising administrative staff and drivers.

The role requires strong communication skills and expertise in data analysis, with collaboration across clinical leadership, finance, analytics, and facilities to enable data-driven, scalable mobile operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of relevant experience required.
4 years of relevant experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations are required
Must be able to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision.
An understanding of data functions in health care, as well as a knowledge of the functions and activities of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery preferred.
Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units, including business operations, fleet administration, budgeting, and supervision of administrative staff and drivers.
Ensure mobile units are operationally ready, financially managed, properly documented, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison among clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities partners, and community stakeholders to support scalable, data-driven mobile operations.
