Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an experienced Mobile Business Operations Analyst to lead the James Mobile Units’ operations. You will drive programmatic leadership for business operations, budgeting, volume planning, and supervision of administrative staff and drivers.

This role interfaces with clinical leadership, finance, analytics, and facilities teams to ensure compliant, data-driven, and scalable mobile operations in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations are required.
• Must be able to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision.
• An understanding of data functions in health care, as well as knowledge of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery preferred.
• Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units.
• Manage business operations, budgeting, volume planning, and supervision of administrative staff and drivers.
• Oversee fleet administration and compliance management.
• Serve as liaison among clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities partners, and community stakeholders.
