Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations are required.
• Must be able to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision.
• An understanding of data functions in health care, as well as a knowledge of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery preferred.
• Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units.
• Oversee business operations, fleet administration, budgeting, and compliance management.
• Supervise administrative staff and drivers; ensure units are operationally ready and properly documented.
• Act as a liaison among clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities partners, and community stakeholders.
