Job summary

Ohio State University in Columbus seeks a Business Operations Senior Analyst to provide programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units, overseeing business operations, fleet administration, compliance, budgeting, and staff supervision.

You will coordinate with clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet and facilities teams to ensure mobile operations are compliant, data-driven, and scalable, with a focus on process improvement and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is required or strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations are required.
  • Must be able to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of data functions in health care, as well as knowledge of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery is preferred.
  • Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units, with emphasis on business operations, budget planning, and compliance.
  • Supervise administrative staff and drivers, ensuring operational readiness and proper documentation.
