You will oversee deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and secondary market trading across ABF and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies. The role requires collaboration with Portfolio Management, Legal, Fund Management, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in finance, accounting or business.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or restructures.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Actively facilitate the deal execution process with deal teams, counsel, fund management, and stakeholders.
• Capture and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity in the OMS, ensuring accurate IBOR positions.
• Manage end-to-end wire payment processes for deal funding and settlement.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
• Manage daily cash forecasting and positioning.
• Research issues, evaluate information, develop solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and controls.
