Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Impact to support customer-facing RFPs, RFIs, and ESG due diligence. This role advances global customer engagement by managing complex projects and translating dense information into clear, rigorous deliverables.

You will coordinate with legal, controllership, and other experts to ensure accurate reporting, and lead annual disclosures and sustainability surveys, driving transparency and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in RFP/RFI response, ESG compliance, or sustainability reporting.
• Strong written communication and project management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with cross-functional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.
• Engage with account executives to align on timing, roles, and status.
• Communicate quarterly results to leadership to track trends.
• Lead voluntary impact disclosures and cross-functional reporting alignment.
