The Carlyle Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability to support ESG data management and regulatory compliance across the enterprise and portfolio companies. You will help track KPIs, report progress to internal stakeholders, and support external reporting initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in ESG, finance, or consulting, with strong data skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Washington, DC-based role with enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in ESG/related field preferred.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across enterprise and portfolio levels.
• Track and report progress on Carlyle Climate Goals and frameworks such as TCFD and asset-level net zero.
• Assist with ESG KPI tracking for fund lines of credit and external reporting requirements.
