Kelly is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training to join a leading organization for a 12-month assignment. The role is fully remote in the United States and focuses on designing and delivering training for an ERP program.

You will develop training materials, validate scope, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy. Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in training, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, e-learning, and training methodologies.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs using classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as outlines, guides, job aids, and demonstrations.
• Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure content alignment and accuracy.
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, and LMS entries.

What’s a typical day as Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training? You’ll be:

• Designing and delivering training programs using adult learning principles across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.
• Developing and maintaining training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
• Validating and refining training scope, audience, and approach based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Collaborating with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure training content alignment and accuracy.
• Managing training logistics, including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
• Maintaining and updating training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries as processes and systems evolve.
• Supporting Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users for classroom delivery.
• Tracking and reporting training development and delivery progress for continuous improvement.
