Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Commercial Analytics team in Boston, MA, leading analysis across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. You will translate data into insights that inform pricing, promotions, merchandising, and product strategy, partnering with Marketing Analytics to connect acquisition and traffic trends to outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years of analytics or BI experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong SQL skills with large-scale data.
Proven ability to build reporting and analytical tools.
Ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.
Experience with digital commerce analytics and funnel/conversion.
Familiarity with experimentation and incrementality measurement; clickstream data is a plus.
Interest in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Own analysis across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels to drive bookings, conversion, and margin.
Analyze pricing, promotions, and pull-forward to inform strategy.
Examine funnel, AOV, and product mix to identify growth opportunities.
Build scalable reporting tools for Digital Commerce leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to connect acquisition and traffic to outcomes.
Support planning and forecasting with channel-level drivers.
