Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Analytics in Boston to lead analytics for Digital Commerce, Apparel & Accessories, and Wholesale. You will mentor a team of analysts, drive high‑impact modeling and forecasting, and partner with Finance to align channel plans with company goals.

You will build frameworks for evaluating economics across channels, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and advance measurement standards across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields with commercial impact.
• Experience in omni-channel businesses and shared metrics across teams is a plus.
• Strong business sense and ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting to understand commercial performance across channels and geographies.
• Lead a team of analysts supporting Digital Commerce, Apparel & Accessories, and Wholesale.
• Own bookings model, forecasting, and reconcile with finance planning.
• Establish frameworks for evaluating channel and customer economics.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve data and measurement for decisions.
