Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst – Development and Investment to evaluate, structure, and monitor ASC investments and growth initiatives. You will master financial analysis, M&A modeling, and complex financing structures across the portfolio.

You will partner with Development, Operations, Finance, FP&A, and outside advisors to deliver data-driven insights that support decisions, portfolio performance, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for ASC development and investments.
• Analyze financing, ownership structures, and distributions for investments.
• Assess revenue and cost synergies and cash flow implications.
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing activities.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior leadership and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
