Job summary

SCAN Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support growth initiatives, M&A, partnerships, and venture investments. The role focuses on delivering high-quality research, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating executive materials in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of related experience in investment banking, startups, or consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, with preferred areas of study in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, high-growth startup operations, corporate development, venture capital, or consulting.
• Experience with healthcare businesses is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable strategic decision-making on growth and diversification initiatives by creating executive summaries for Board members and leadership.
• Inform strategy by conducting quantitative and qualitative research on markets, competitors, and partners.
• Support due diligence on potential deals by synthesizing large amounts of information for the team.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across SCAN's portfolio companies with structured project management.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, escalating workload issues when needed.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise through professional development relevant to SCAN's business.
• Identify opportunities to improve Corporate Development productivity by leveraging AI and other tools.
• Contribute to team success and support related initiatives as assigned.
