Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for ASC development, acquisitions, JV, and investments.
• Analyze complex financing, ownership, and distribution structures and their impact on returns.
• Assess transactions, including synergies, cash flow, and capital needs.
• Support end-to-end deal execution from evaluation to closing.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and external partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and lenders.
