Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, high-growth startup operations, corporate development, venture capital, or consulting.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Ability to think critically with a bias for actionable and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to synthesize and understand often complicated information to provide cohesive recommendations.
• Comfort in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic planning materials and executive summaries for Board members and leadership.
• Inform strategy through rigorous quantitative and qualitative research on markets, competitors, and partners.
• Support due diligence on deals by synthesizing large amounts of information and communicating key takeaways.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across SCAN's portfolio companies with organized project management.
• Prioritize workload across multiple projects and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise through professional development relevant to SCAN's business.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity by leveraging AI and other tools.
