Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Business Development Director to drive new physician partnerships for ASCs nationwide. The role targets growth through recruiting physician partners, identifying opportunities for acquisitions or De Novo projects, and building strategic growth plans with Operations VPs and JV partners.

You will create in-market strategies, network with operations, corporate development, and payer partners, and manage a growth pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Health and Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of success in direct sales, preferably healthcare.
• Knowledge of service lines with relationships usually formed over 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate Atlas vision and create value.
• Synthesize and execute in-market growth strategy to attract and convert new leads.
• Develop physician recruitment strategy with executive leadership and operations.
• Record data, calls, and activity in CRM and manage a growth pipeline.
• Engage in full sales process from lead gen to closing and customer success.
