Job summary

You will analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deploy 20–30 solutions while collaborating across finance, IT, and sales to drive measurable results for healthcare customers and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supply chain or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency, written and oral.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Mines and analyzes data across multiple data sources to diagnose the cost to serve.
• Identifies cost, efficiency and/or effectiveness opportunities of JJMD to IDN Customer supply Chain.
• Interface with customers during the diagnosis and prioritization process.
• Deploys approximately 20–30 supply chain solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains customer scorecards and dashboards.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma, and Generative AI capabilities to improve outcomes.
