Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks a Senior Business Analyst, R&D Quality, to translate business needs into analytics, dashboards, and quality solutions. You will partner with process owners and stakeholders to drive inspection readiness and data-driven decision making.

Based in Raritan, NJ with potential for travel, you will manage metrics cycles, data engineering, and governance while enabling leadership with actionable insights and leadership-ready summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in data analytics or similar.
• Pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device industry experience.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling and building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with metric and process owners to define reporting and analytics requirements.
• Operate the monthly and quarterly metrics cycle with validation and publication.
• Serve as primary analyst for audit/inspection data supporting readiness.
• Build and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, data models, and dictionaries.
• Prepare leadership-ready summaries and present results with insights.
