Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant supply chain or customer-facing experience; 5+ years overall business experience.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Proactive data analytics and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Diagnosis & Prioritization: analyze data from multiple sources and identify cost, efficiency and effectivenes opportunities; interface with customers and Lean assessments as needed.
• SC Customer Solutions Execution: deploy 20–30 SC solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain customer scorecards and dashboards.
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends and perform related duties.
