Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, RDQ, located across Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA or La Jolla, CA. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Pharma/biotech/medical device industry experience preferred.
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders into reports.
- Experience building data pipelines and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics, reporting, and dashboard development for RDQ.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverables.
- Maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and data dictionaries.
- Support audit readiness and inspection data analysis.
- Develop leadership-ready summaries and actionable insights.
