Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Collaboration in US Health Systems to drive data-driven supply chain solutions from diagnosis through deployment at the Raritan, NJ site.

You will analyze diverse data sources, build dashboards in PowerBI and Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the JJMT to IDN customer supply chain, including Lean and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain or customer facing experience with 5+ years overall business experience.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization is critical for success.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated understanding of the end to end supply chain.
Demonstrated strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross functional teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in English (written and oral).
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to thrive in a team environment.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Proactive approach to data analytics, translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

Mines and analyzes data across multiple data sources to diagnose cost to serve and efficiency opportunities.
Identify cost, efficiency and/ or effectiveness opportunities of JJMD to IDN Customer supply chain.
Prioritize supply chain customer solutions aligned to joint business plan objectives.
Interface directly with customers in diagnosis and prioritization.
Lead Lean assessments on-site with customers when needed.
Maintain customer scorecard / dashboard to track progress against initiatives.
Deploy 20–30 supply chain solutions across stakeholders.
