Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Customer Solutions (SCCS) to be based in Raritan, NJ. The role focuses on developing, deploying, and delivering customer supply chain solutions with strong data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep knowledge of 20–30 supply chain solutions, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with SAP, Alteryx, Salesforce.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain or customer facing experience (5+ years total business experience).
Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
End-to-end supply chain understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in English (written and oral).
Preferred: Lean/Process Excellence knowledge; project management; experience in Commercial/Sales/CSM; data analytics mindset.

Responsibilities

Mines and analyzes data from multiple sources (O2C, Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve) and customer datasets.
Identifies cost, efficiency and effectiveness opportunities in the DDMS to IDN Customer supply chain.
Assesses and prioritizes solutions aligned to Joint Business Plan objectives.
Interfaces with customers during diagnosis and prioritization.
Leads Lean assessments on-site with customers where appropriate.
Leverages end-to-end supply chain best practices.
