Job summary

Avid Core is seeking a Senior Analyst, Consulting to provide experienced administrative, operational, and analytical support to a federal law enforcement client in Washington, DC. This is a full‑time role for a resourceful professional who can independently manage assignments, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce high‑quality reports and materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative, operational, analytical, or business support roles.
• Experience creating reports, trackers, dashboards, or data-informed work products.
• Ability to validate, analyze, and summarize information clearly.
• Proven document management, research, writing, and quality-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative, operational, and business support assignments for government teams and leadership.
• Manage document and data workflows including electronic files and audit materials.
• Develop and maintain reports, presentations, charts, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Compile, validate, analyze, and summarize information to support program decisions.
• Conduct open-source research and translate findings into concise work products.
• Coordinate executive and meeting support, including calendars, agendas, and travel.
• Administer SharePoint content and assist users with navigation.
• Support office operations, inventory, and government‑furnished property tracking.
• Support onboarding, workforce tracking, and HR activities.
• Coordinate with team leads to clarify requirements and monitor deadlines.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Review work for completeness and compliance with client standards.
• Support special projects and reassignment as client needs change.
