Role Overview:

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Analyst to join our team that oversees pricing and trade strategy across our portfolio. The team collaborates closely with Sales Finance and strategic account teams to plan and optimize pricing and trade investments.

The Senior Analyst will support financial and performance analysis aimed at accelerating profitable growth, monitor customer trends, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance business performance. Success requires curiosity, strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. We value critical thinkers with excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drivers of change for volume, price, margin, and profitability by product.
  • Identify fluctuations between plan/forecast and actual sales, communicate with sales teams, and develop solutions.
  • Provide insights to help sales develop customer programs aligned with AOP metrics and accurate forecasts.
  • Support trade management, pricing events, and promotions analysis.
  • Assist in designing tools to assess ROI of investments and identify opportunities.
  • Streamline reporting processes through analysis and system improvements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc and cross-functional projects.
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to shape business strategies.
  • Implement strategies to support organizational operations and transformation.
Requirements:
  • Located in Chicago, IL, or willing to relocate.
  • Adaptability to a blended work environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary range is $71,000 to $96,000 USD.
