Aspire Bakeries LLC in Los Angeles area seeks a Senior Analyst, Bakery Performance & Process Improvement to join our Van Nuys bakery. You will lead production reporting, performance analysis, and cross-functional improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.

This role partners with bakery leadership to implement sustainable solutions, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions that support safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited two-year college, technical school, or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience in process improvement, operations analysis, manufacturing, or project management.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification/training.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Power BI.
• Ability to interpret procedures, analyze operational data, prepare reports, and effectively communicate findings to employees and leadership.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and frequently stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage and support cross-functional project teams to improve bakery performance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision making.
• Drive process improvement efforts that enhance productivity, quality, and operational consistency.
• Collaborate with bakery leadership and stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions and strengthen organizational culture.
• Monitor project progress and communicate results, recommendations, and performance metrics to leadership teams.
