Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales analysis, customer development, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-action translation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, sales, pricing, distributor, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate bids, RFPs, and customer opportunities to inform pricing strategies.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards for visibility into sales performance and trends.
• Support customer development and field sales by coordinating resources.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support pricing decisions.
• Track opportunities and program performance to ensure growth objectives.
• Enhance sales processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and data-driven decisions.
