Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer to lead high‑speed converter and RF circuit development on CMOS/SiGe processes. You’ll work with system architects to define performance targets and ensure seamless integration into payloads and terminals.

The role requires hands‑on circuit design, validation, and mentoring of junior engineers, with travel up to 10% and onsite work at multiple U.S. locations. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience designing high-performance analog/mixed-signal ICs and systems (5+ years Level III, 7+ Level IV Senior, 10+ Level V Principal).
• Expertise in data converters (ADCs/DACs).
• Proficiency in modeling, simulation, and verification using MATLAB, Spectre, SystemVerilog, and AMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and integration of advanced analog/mixed-signal functions in CMOS/SiGe.
• Utilize Spectre and AMS flows to develop high-performance mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Collaborate with system architects to define performance and interface requirements for RF payloads.
• Oversee layout, integration, floorplanning and tape-out verification.
