Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC designer to lead the development of high-speed data converters, filters, amplifiers and ESD and biasing circuits in CMOS/SiGe processes. You will collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams to ensure RF payload integration meets demanding performance targets.

The role requires 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, expertise with ADCs/DACs, and strong modeling/verification skills using MATLAB, Spectre,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design or equivalent.
• Experience with data converters (ADCs/DACs) and RF blocks.
• Knowledge of MATLAB, Spectre, SystemVerilog, AMS for modeling/verification.
• Understanding of EM and layout effects in FinFETs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of analog/mixed-signal circuits in CMOS/SiGe.
• Use Spectre and AMS flows for high-performance circuits.
• Collaborate with system architects on block-level requirements.
• Oversee layout, floorplanning, and tape-out readiness.
• Develop test plans with validation and bring-up activities.
• Mentor junior engineers in analog design practices.
