Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States seeks a Senior Staff or Principal AMS Design Verification Engineer to lead mixed-mode verification across analog and digital silicon. You will define the co-simulation environment, create test benches, and develop methodologies for block- and chip-level verification.

Relocation is provided; travel up to 10% is expected. Interviews will include a technical assessment. On-site work is preferred in San Diego, the Bay Area, or Renton, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on CMOS analog mixed-signal design and verification.
• Verilog/SystemVerilog modeling of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Proficient with Cadence Virtuoso for schematic creation and simulation.
• Proficient in Python and MATLAB.
• Strong communication skills.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Define the co-simulation methodology and EDA infrastructure with analog and digital teams.
• Create Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches and behavioral models of analog and mixed-mode circuits.
• Develop methodologies for block- and chip-level mixed-mode verification.
• Support analog and digital teams during model bring-up and usage.
• Perform AMS simulations.
