Job summary

MediaTek seeks an experienced Analog Behavior Modeling Engineer to join our mixed-signal design team. You will develop behavioral models for analog parts to enable efficient verification and seamless integration with digital verification environments.

Responsibilities include building supply-sensitive SystemVerilog models for blocks like LDOs and oscillators, performing unit and MvS verification, and debugging issues across analog and digital teams. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal verification or behavioral modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog and RNM.
• Experience with simulation/debug tools like Synopsys VCS/Verdi.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
• Excellent communication across analog/digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement supply-sensitive behavioral models in SystemVerilog for analog blocks.
• Verify behavior against analog design specs at unit level.
• Conduct Model vs. Schematic (MvS) verification for coverage.
• Debug and resolve analog behavioral modeling issues in system sims.
• Develop SystemVerilog assertions to ensure analog/digital controller alignment.
