Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior AMS Design Verification Engineer to lead mixed‑mode verification and co‑simulation development. You will define the EDA environment, build Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches, and drive innovative verification strategies for analog and mixed‑signal circuits.

Based in the SF Bay Area/CA or Renton, WA, relocation is provided. This role requires strong communication, 7+ years of experience, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on CMOS analog and mixed-signal design and verification.
• Verilog/SystemVerilog modeling of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Cadence Virtuoso for schematic creation and simulation.
• Python and MATLAB scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define co-simulation methodology and EDA infrastructure with analog and digital teams.
• Create Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches and behavioral models of analog and mixed-mode circuits.
• Develop block- and chip-level mixed-mode verification methodologies.
• Support analog and digital teams during model bring-up and usage.
• Perform AMS simulations.
