Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an AMS Verification Engineer to join our Silicon Engineering team in Redmond, WA. You will develop analog-on-top and digital-on-top verification flows for in-house RFICs/SoCs and work with designers to improve simulation accuracy.

Collaboration with ATE and EM/IR teams will be essential as part of a cross-disciplinary group. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 1+ years in IC design/verification; preferred candidates hold a Master’s or PhD with advanced AMS

Qualifications

• Experience in IC design/verification and AMS flows.
• Knowledge of analog/mixed‑signal IPs and RFIC/SoC verification.
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog, UVM, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own verification flows for full-chip simulations of RFICs/SoCs.
• Create testbenches and flows for critical interfaces.
• Model analog/mixed-signal blocks and collaborate on test plans.
